Examples of PiPP In Action

You think People is your highest value because of your strong focus on relationships, but when you break it down, you realize that the Impact you have on others’ lives—whether through coaching, volunteering, or mentoring—is what really drives you and aligns with your vision. The relationship itself isn’t the most important, but the meaningful change you help create in people’s lives is.

You believe Impact is what you would prioritize, but upon reflection, you find that you are more concerned about Process—how things get done. You care deeply about how projects are managed and completed, ensuring they’re done efficiently and ethically or you may care deeply about the methods that you use in your business to develop your product or service. The method of execution might matter more than the end result. Protecting this value about all else will move you closer to your vision.

You think Process is your top value because you like structure, but when you break down what you care about, you discover that Profit—achieving specific financial outcomes—matters more. You value process because it leads to higher profitability or financial success, rather than for the process itself. You recognize that in order to move closer to your vision you must protect profit first above all else.

You believe Profit is your driving value, but after breaking it down, you realize it’s actually People that matter most to you. Protecting your relationships will move you closer to your vision more than protecting your profit or income.

You first think People is the key guiding value to protect in order to move closer to your vision but when you break it down you realize that in order to achieve your vision you need to protect profit above all else. In order to move closer to your vision of financial freedom ensuring your time is focused on your revenue generating activities is what you need to protect in order to move you closer to your vision. If you don’t protect your profit first you will not be able to achieve the ultimate destination of financial freedom.
